Who We Are
We are partnered with Arise Virtual Solutions, a BBB accredited business recognized by the President of the United States. Arise gives individuals an opportunity to work from home as call center agents. In order to work with Arise the individual must either incorporate a business and become a partner or work under an existing corporation/partner. Kaymia Discount Solutions, Inc. is an existing corporation within the Arise network

We give individuals an opportunity to work as Client Support Professionals (CSP) without the hassle of having to incorporate. YOU DO NOT HAVE TO INCORPORATE. CSPs have the opportunity to choose the hours they would like to work, and choose the companies they would like to take calls for. Individuals are contracted with companies and brands that we all know. Clients range from the top wireless phone providers to top home security providers, cruise lines, roadside assistance, and many many more. All Calls are inbound so there is no cold calling or telemarketing. At Kaymia Discount Solutions we believe in contracting quality not quantity, which is why we carefully select our applicants. No call center experience is needed, but it is preferred.

What you Need

Job Duties
Duties will vary depending on the client opportunity chosen by the Client Support Professional (CSP). 
• Answer inbound calls, chat, or email to provide information about products and/or services for clients.
• Respond to customer inquiries in a timely manner.
• Be a positive representative for the client; take a caring and empathetic approach to customer interactions 
• Basic Customer Service
• Handle customer questions, complaints, and billing inquiries with the highest degree of courtesy and professionalism
• Billing inquiries
• Payment arrangements
• Account Administration
• Strive for first contact resolution

Approximately 2-4 weeks of unpaid training. Training is held Monday through Friday 4 hours a day, not including holidays. All training is held online. Many of the clients offer certification training in the morning, afternoon, or evening. You have the option of choosing the schedule that accommodates you most. 

Minimum Requirements
• At least 6 months of customer service experience.
• A clean criminal history.

• One year customer service experience in a call center environment.

• Clear understanding of the English language as well as an ability to clearly communicate in the English language.
• Excellent judgment and decision making skills.

• Excellent Sales and Customer Service skills.
• Proven ability to communicate in a creative, persuasive style.
• Enthusiasm and strong goal-oriented work ethic.
• Ability to ask probing questions and overcome objections.
